Our facility is headed up by a chairman and group of volunteer directors who each have varying levels of skill in business and local culture. 

Our Centre Manager (full time employee) deals with day to day operations of The Village Centre. We employ a head chef, assistant chef, front of house manager, two cafe assistants for our café, and caretakers to make sure all rooms and halls are set up for groups arriving. 

Supporting our small team of paid staff are a group of volunteers from the local community who give their time to The Village Centre in many different ways. Without the help of these wonderful volunteers, our work here at The Village Centre would not be possible.
