Who We Are

East Mains Baptist Church (EMBC) is a vibrant Baptist congregation in the heart of East Kilbride’s old village. We exist to share the love of God in worship, word and action, fostering a welcoming space where everyone can explore faith and find community together. Our diverse membership reflects all ages and backgrounds, and we delight in growing together as followers of Jesus Christ. Whether you’re new to church or exploring faith for the first time, you’ll find a warm welcome when you walk through our doors.

Our Gathering

Each Sunday at 11:00 am, we meet for an informal service that blends heartfelt worship, Bible teaching, and shared stories. Our Welcome & Connect Team greets you with a smile and can answer any questions you have as you settle in. Under-3s are cared for in a dedicated crèche space, while our children and youth head to their groups after an extended time of worship. All ages come together to hear relevant teaching and experience heartfelt prayer from our ministry team.
