Guest pastor Chris Withers joins us this week as we explore 1 John 4:1-3 in our Be Real series. John reminds us how vital it is to truly know who Jesus is, because the enemy works subtly and often through what feels “almost right.” The clearer our understanding of Jesus, the easier it becomes to recognise his voice and discern what is genuinely from him.

This week, guest pastor Chris Withers helps us explore the meaning of baptism as an outward expression of our faith in Jesus - a call to repent and be baptised. Stepping out of 1 John, we turn to Acts 2:37-41, where we see baptism is a symbol of God’s mercy and the renewing work of the Holy Spirit. We also tackle challenging questions around infant baptism and feeling unworthy of being baptised.
